Sweet Peach

Hey everyone! I've been meaning to make a post about my trip into the city for about 2 weeks now, so this is more like a 2-week-catch-up post. First off, the Met. I went with my friend and we managed to get in for free which was awesome, and then we saw the Cubism and Death Becomes Her exhibits. We also walked around and in one room you were able to take pictures, so here is one of the sculptures I really enjoyed.


 And I threw in some other city pictures that I enjoyed taking as well. Today I went to the mall with a friend, but before we left I decided to take an ootd: sweater-zara, jeans-urban outfitters (self-ripped), converse, earring-h&m.

I want to start off by saying I hope you all had a wonderful holiday no matter what you celebrate!!! I was very lucky with what was under my tree this year, so before I begin with telling you what I got I want it to be known that I know I am very fortunate to have gotten the things I was given and I do not take that for granted. Now with that disclaimer out of the way, let's dive in!
 I got a lot of money from my extended family, so with that money I bought myself two new perfumes; the Elizabeth and James Nirvana scents in both Black and White. I love the white it is peony, musk, and muguet (i actually have no idea what muguet is but its on the bottle and it smells good) and the black is violet, vanilla and sandalwood, which all pair nicely together. With the other money I got I bought myself the NARS Creamy Concealer in Vanilla, the Kat Von D Tattoo Liquid Liner and the Benefit Porefessional. From my family I got the Frends Layla headphones in rose gold, which I was so excited to unwrap because I've wanted them for months. I also got a small black Moleskine notebook for whatever little sketches and notes I want to take.

Hey everyone!! I figured I'd update you all sooner than I have in the recent past lol :) Today my family and I picked out our Christmas tree, which is definitely my favorite part of the season just because I love the smell of Christmas trees soooooo much. So much in fact I have 2 spruce tree candles as well as a glade plug in in the same scent hahaha. That's going to go up soon but in the meantime I have my own tiny silver tree on my bedside table here 

So since it is black friday, I did hit the shops, and decided to show you all somethings I got!! I went with my friend to the mall, we got there early after stopping for bagels and coffee, since we were starving :) Luckily I finished shopping for my brother and dad, I already had my mom's gift. Since it's not here because I decided not to take pictures of them I went to Aerie and Victorias Secret and got some goods there as well, in case you think this isn't really a haul, I'm just leaving stuff out.We first went to Urban Outfitters where they were having an extra 50% off sale sale, so I picked up a grey maxi cardigan, two pairs of socks and some rings :)



 Then we went to Lush, which we can't pass without going in haha :) I picked up the Wizard bubble bar, Breath of Fresh Air toner, the Luxury Lush Pud bath bomb, and Golden Wonder, and I'm pretty sure you guys can get it all online if you want. I also picked up a sample of the Living Proof Prime Style Extender, which smells amazing. I haven't really noticed if it worked yet but I'll give it some more time. Earlier in the week I got my order from frank, a body scrub company which you can check out here. I ordered the original scrub and left it on for about 7 minutes and my skin felt soooo soft afterwards I was amazed. I actually went out after using it and made all my friends feel my arm haha. It smells like coffee and orange which is amazing. It's supposed to help with cellulite and stretch marks but to see results you're supposed to use it once or twice a week for an extended period of time, so I'll keep you all posted.

Hey everyone! Sorry about the little break I've had recently, I've been applying to college and trying to keep my head above water...plus I had nothing interesting to blog about. But now I do!! Recently it was my birthday :))) and I got a lot of goodies, plus a lot more on the way and about to be purchased soon, so maybe there will be a part two to this post.
